DAY 261 – THERE IS SECURITY IN GOD’S LOVE

“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:37-39)

As believers, we always face hardships in many ways and even death. Sometimes, we fear and come to think that God has abandoned us. But we find the most comforting promises in the above verses. 

Apostle Paul explains to us that it is impossible to be separated from Christ. His death for us is proof of His unconquerable love. Nothing can separate us from Christ’s presence and saving power. 

Our Heavenly Father tells us how great His love is so that we can feel totally secure in His love. If we believe these overwhelming assurances, we will not be afraid of anything. Praise God! Hallelujah! Jesus is Lord!!
 

Today’s Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Let Your pure and divine love, manifest in all areas of my life. I shall not be overwhelmed by hardship and fear, but by Your unconditional love. I overcome every demonic force – by the power of Your love. Take me deeper in Your love and teach me to walk in it. Let me overcome my enemies with the power of love. I am holy and separated for Your holy use, only. I walk in purity of heart and live to bring honour to You, my Lord. Amen!
