DAY 258 – GOD POURED HIMSELF INTO YOUR HEART

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

Infinite love is the nature and one of the greatest characteristics of God. That is why the Bible says in 1 John 4:8; “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love”.

His nature and character (LOVE) are what motivates Him toward humanity. He gave Himself to us as a great sacrificial plan, to save us and restore us – to His divine glory. He came to us at our worst, not because we loved Him, but because He loved us. 

He loved us and gave us the power to love because the Bible says in Romans 5:5; “Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us”.

God poured Himself into our hearts. There is no evil, hatred or wickedness in our hearts – but God Himself. Jesus is Lord!

Thanksgiving Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You, for giving Yourself to me and for me. Thank You, for Your infinite love. I receive Your pure divine love in my heart. You have poured Yourself and life into my heart. There is no hatred, envy, jealousy, fear, wickedness, bitterness or any other evil thing in my heart apart from Your life because you poured Yourself into my heart. Thank You, Father!
