DAY 244 -A NEW LIFE IN THE SPIRIT

“But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,” (Titus 3:4-5)

When the kindness and the love of God appeared to us, we were saved from a life of sin to one where we are totally led by the Spirit of God. The life of the Spirit is given to us, not according to our good actions, but according to the unfailing love of God. All our sins are washed away, not merely some but all.

When we believed Jesus Christ, and acknowledged His saving work, we received everlasting life; a new life through His Spirit who dwells in our heart. We did not earn it or deserve it; it is all God’s gift. Jesus is Lord!

Thanksgiving Prayer
Thank You Jesus, for the new life I received through Your Spirit. I am no longer living a life of sin, but a godly life. My eyes have seen Your unfailing love and kindness. Thank You, for Your Spirit who sustains me and keeps me in victory, over all evil suggestions. My heart is focused on You Lord. I am for Holy use only. Amen!
