DAY 243 – CHOOSE LIFE

“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.” (Deuteronomy 30:19)

God does not impose His will on anyone. He allows us to decide whether we choose His way or to reject it. God gave us a choice, but He advised us what choices to make. He would like us all to choose life –His way. When we choose His way, we choose life; the Zoë life of God – nothing missing, and nothing broken.

Make a choice to follow God’s word daily and become responsive to what He says. Choose the way of the blessing. Jesus is Lord!

A Prayer of Commitment
Thank You Lord, for the life of blessing You have set before me. I choose Your way –the way of life. I choose to follow Your word. I will mediate on it day and night. I will keep my mind focused on You, and put You first, in everything I do. Amen.
