DAY 242 – BE STILL AND KNOW

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” (Psalm 46:10)

When we get too busy with all the cares of this world and have too much noise in the background of our lives; we limit our ability to hear God’s voice, and we miss what God is saying and doing within us and around us. We need to allow our minds to be free, to listen to God’s still small voice. This is the number one-way God speaks to us. Jesus is Lord!

Today’s Prayer
Dear Father,
I walk away from the noise and the cares of this world. I free my mind and stand still to listen to Your voice. I want to know that You are God. Here I am, speak to me my Father.
