DAY 157 – I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “the just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:16-17)


When we understand by revelation what Christ has done for us, and what He offers to others, we will be motivated to share the Good News with every person we come across. You and I should not be ashamed of the gospel, because it is the message of Good News about Christ. It is a message of salvation. It contains a life-changing power, and this message is for everyone.

By this message, the righteousness of God is revealed to all who hear it and believe. Jesus is Lord!
  
Today’s Prayer 

Holy Spirit rekindle that fresh fire in me, that I may desire to tell others about Christ. Anoint my lips of clay, that every word I speak may bring life and transformative power to the people I meet and share the gospel with. Use me as Your witness in my home, family, neighbourhood, workplace, city, and nation. Amen!
