DAY 102 – FOCUS YOUR EYES ON SPIRITUAL REALITIES

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18) 

The reason why some people take long in unlikely situations is because of their wrong perspective. If your mind looks at you as really pitiful, it will stay that way. If you want to experience victory over every stubborn situation, put them in their rightful place don’t exalt them and give them ranks in your life. Put them in their proper place and declare, “Jesus, Lord over all” and say this bad situation is temporary. Whether you are suffering physically, financially, emotionally, relationally, whatever it is, it’s just temporary. Look at every thing from an eternity perspective. 

When you look at your circumstances in light and knowledge of eternity, it changes your thinking. You stop to fear and worry about the future. When you start to value what God says about you and begin looking at the word of God intently, you close doors on depression, discouragement, lack of joy and peace, and other undesirable events. 

Make sure the word of God is fresh in your life. Make sure you esteem eternal realities not temporary things. Magnify spiritual realities over the natural realm and physical things.

A prayer for today:   
Dear Heavenly Father, 
Thank you for my destiny. Thank you for the eternal life. I place a higher value on spiritual realities and on things of a higher power.  I change my perspective and begin to see the challenges of this life as temporary.  In Jesus’ name! Amen!
